The Tuscany^TM is our most popular line of replacement windows with the Smart Touch ^TM locking system.   No more fighting with sashes to lock your windows.   The Smart Touch^TM locking system holds the top sash up while you close and lock your window with one action.  It’s the first window to be endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation for the ease of use commendation.  The Tuscany^TM window comes in white or tan, and has two wood grain interiors available in light and medium oak.

Style Line^TM vinyl replacement window has a fusion-welded frame and sash.  The frame has a narrow profile with equal sight lines which gives you a maximum view.  It comes with Milgard’s Positive Locking system which is made to close and lock your window in one action.  It’s simple to use, but is it secure?  The answer is yes – it meets and exceeds the toughest residential forced entry codes.  The Style Line^TM window comes in white or tan.

Fiberglass Windows
Milgard makes fiberglass windows that look like wood with the strength of fiberglass.  These windows are made to stand up in any climate.  We also make the wood clad series of fiberglass frame with a true furniture grade wood interior that you can stain or paint.

Milgard offers different replacement window packages from the 3D with Sun Max with argon to the 3D Max windows that are triple glazed.  Ask us for details on the options available.
